Breakfast seminar on Digital Customer Satisfaction

On March 11, we organised a full house breakfast seminar at SO Stockholm in Kungsträdgården focused on digital customer satisfaction.

Special guests were Susanne Bergh (Head of customers and channels at Länsförsäkringar Bank) and Pierre Du Rietz (Managing director at Web Service Award), who discussed how to create customer satisfaction in digital channels and how to quantify and measure customer satisfaction with apps and online.
