Screen Interaction and TV4 won two prestigious awards at a gala affair in New York City last night. We took top spot in the category “Best Use of Mobile and Responsive Design”, where the other finalists were Cadillac, Virgin and Hewlett Packard, and also in “Travel / Sports / Leisure”, where we beat United Airlines and Air Canada.
The Pearl Awards Gala was held at the Alexandria Center for Life Science in New York City, to celebrate excellence in content marketing across print, digital and multi-channel platforms. Screen Interaction’s Marketing Director Lotta Sjöqvist attended the event, along with Mika Packalén and Tobias Rosvall from TV4.
We were nominated together with TV4 for the relaunch of Fotbollskanalen (“The Football Channel”), TV4’s popular service for football news. We won in the categories “Best Use of Mobile and Responsive Design” and “Travel/Sports/Leisure”. Fotbollskanalen is the main news source for football news in Sweden, and was also nominated in the category “Best Digital Design”.
‒ It’s overwhelming to win two awards when competing with some of the world’s biggest brands, such as Hewlett Packard, Virgin, United Airlines and Cadillac. The awards goes to show that Screen Interaction continues to create world-class mobile solutions, says Lotta Sjöqvist.
The night’s awards were a continuation of an already very successful year for Screen Interaction, where we have increased rapidly in both turnover and number of employees.
